Least Developed Country graduation: Past, present and future

On 7 January Jose Antonio Ocampo, Chair of the Committee for Development Policy, wrote an Op-ED for OECD's Development Matters blog expressing his views on the graduation process of least developed countries (LDCs) and how the 5th United Nations Conference on the Least Developed Countries (LDC5) in Doha could be affecting the graduation criteria and process in the future.
