In honor of Stephan Klasen, Committee for Development Policy (CDP) member and leader of the CDP subgroup on LDCs, who passed away in 2020, the Faculty of Business and Economics at the University of Göttingen has established the “Stephan Klasen Fellowship”. The fellowship, which will begin in April 2022, is targeted at two young scientists holding a PhD in development economics or similar from low and middle-income countries.
