World Economic Situation and Prospects 2013

The World Economic Situation and Prospects2013 (WESP) is being launched today in cities across the globe: Addis Ababa, Bangkok, Beirut, Geneva, Mexico City, New Delhi; and on January 22nd in Moscow. The definitive report of the United Nations on the state of the world economy, the WESP is a joint publication of the UN Department of Economic and Social Affairs (DESA), the UN Conference on Trade and Development (UNCTAD) and the five UN Regional Commissions. The United Nations World Tourism Organization (UNWTO) contributed to a section on the global tourism outlook.
