During the HLPF side event, jointly organized by the Committee for Development Policy (CDP) and the Committee of Experts on Public Administration (CEPA), the two committees will share their findings and recommendations for how the VNRs could be improved with the aim to provide points for consideration by governments and other stakeholders participating in the VNRs and propose a new and revised approach to the VNRs - VNRv2.0 - ahead of the upcoming 2023 SDG summit and HLPF review.
Member states and civil society organizations will be providing their reflections on the findings of the two committees and share their own perspectives on how the VNRs can be improved to support accelerated SDG implementation.
