CDP Secretary pariticipates as panelist at international dialog "Beyond Istanbul"

On 28 June 2011 the Secretary of the Committee for Development Policy (CDP) participated as panelist of the International Dialogue on Beyond Istanbul: Challenges after the UN LDC IV and Trade Preferences for LDCs, jointly organised by the Centre for Policy Dialog, the OECD Development Centre and the International Centre for Trade and Sustainable Development (ICTSD) in Geneva, Switzerland.

The dialog brought together LDC delegates, policy makers, trade negotiators, international organizations, and experts from the academia working in the area of trade and development to assess the measures adopted with the International Programme of Action (IPoA) at the fourth UN LDC conference and identify possible monitoring mechanisms and follow up actions.
