CDP Chair at ECOSOC Coordination Segment

On 1 February 2024, Sakiko Fukuda-Parr, Chair of the Committee for Development Policy (CDP) participated in the ECOSOC Coordination Segment. Contributing to the discussion on "The Way Forward: From the 2023 SDG Summit to the Summit of the Future" she spoke about the CDP's work on just transition, innovation ecosystems for development, structural change and equity, and VNRs. She also submitted a written statement on the CDP's work, in support of the discussion on the acceleration of the implementation of the 2030 Agenda.
