CDP participates at the High-Level Policy Dialogue with the Heads of International Financial and Trade Institutions

On 4 July 2007 Professor Ricardo Ffrench-Davis, Chair of the Committee for Development Policy (CDP), presented the Committee's findings on "Strengthening efforts to eradicate poverty and hunger, including through the global partnership for development" of the CDPs report on its 9th session at the High-Level Policy Dialog.

The High-Level Policy Dialogue with the Heads of International Financial and Trade Institutions (World Bank, IMF, UNCTAD and WTO), under the auspices of ECOSOC, focused on major developments in the world economy and international economic cooperation, in the broader context of the follow-up to the 2005 World Summit.
